The Verdant Republic is a sovereign nation in formation — built on serious constitutional foundations, real technology, and citizens who intend to build something that lasts.
The Verdant Republic is not a simulation, a game, or a Discord server with a flag. It is a serious project to build a functioning sovereign nation — with real law, real land, real infrastructure, and real citizens who hold those institutions accountable.
We claim territory in the disputed region of Gornja Siga on the Danube. We are developing physical settlements, a national space agency, an independent internet infrastructure, and a non-fiat banking system — with limited resources and absolute conviction.
The world's systems are failing their people. We believe unity creates power, and that a small group of serious people can build something genuinely better. That belief is baked into our founding law.

— Article 3.3, The Interim PactThe temporal government may declare war, raise a military, acquire territory, create laws, mint currency, and run postal systems — and loses all powers if it violates its limits.
The government may not violate the constitution, seize citizen property, conduct unlawful searches, or provide false statements to the people.
Freedom of belief and speech. Right to self-defense. Equality of all people. Right to privacy and property. Prohibition of slavery. And the duty to resist tyranny.
If the government corrupts, citizens have not merely the right but the duty to challenge tyrannical authority — up to and including secession from the state.
A ¾ government vote is required to pass or repeal any law. Violation of this is a severe breach of the entire Interim Pact.
The Interim Pact requires ¾ government vote and ½ citizen vote to be replaced. The people have final say over their own governance.
The VSA is developing independent rocketry and aerospace capability. Our lead engineer is an active amateur rocketeer with real hardware already in the air.
A parallel DNS and internet infrastructure with Verdant-controlled TLDs including .verdant, .micro, .nation, and .free — independent of ICANN and major registrars.
The International Bank Association — a copper-backed, non-fiat currency and payment network designed as a real alternative to existing financial infrastructure.

Physical settlement of disputed Danube territory using elevated and treehouse infrastructure designed for floodplain conditions. Permanent presence is the goal.
The Verdant Republic's national conlang — 700+ words, defined grammar, and active use in KatchFoundry. English and Verdanic are the Republic's two official languages.
We are not looking for spectators. Verdant needs people who build things, believe in something, and are willing to actually show up.
Citizenship is granted to serious individuals. We evaluate on intent and contribution — not just interest. If you want to watch, that's fine. If you want to build, read on.
Developers, engineers, builders, writers, designers, lawyers, medics — Verdant needs people who can contribute something real to a nation being built from scratch.
You don't have to agree with everything. You do have to genuinely believe better governance is possible — and worth building with your own hands.
Eventually this means physical settlement, participating in governance, and building institutions designed to outlast any one person — including the founders.
